To cover on the internal part of legs (look more massive) for better look in robot mode, use cardboard and lego/kreo parts (if you want it to be mobile).

Then use glue to recover the cardboard that wil became hard and resiliant as plastic.

Paint it.

Possibilities are huge with that process!
